That’s bad news for its many restaurants and good news for people who like ghost towns: Tonight through Thursday, 38 downtown restaurants — including MarkJoseph Steakhouse, SouthWest NY, and Harbour Lights, among others — will be offering $30 prix fixe dinners (not accounting for tax, tip, and drinks). Do like the hedge-funders do and light your after-supper cigar with all the money you save!
