Last night, the food publishing world gathered at Chelsea Piers in New York for this year’s James Beard Foundation media awards. Among the night’s honorees were chef and author Samin Nosrat, the Bon Appétit team in the categories of video webcast and home cooking, Ina Garten’s Barefoot Contessa, and Chef’s Table on Netflix.
