Here Are the 2018 IACP Award Winners

Last night, the International Association of Culinary Professionals announced the winners of its annual awards. This year’s winners include Samin Nosrat, who won two awards for Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat; Joshua McFadden and IACP chief executive Martha Holmberg, whose Six Seasons also won two awards, including Cookbook of the Year. However, after the awards were announced, there was substantial backlash to Holmberg’s victory. In response , the IACP has promised to change its rules so that the organization’s four staff members and seven board members are not eligible for awards. The organization has also rescinded the awards in question.*
