René Redzepi has been off in the Faroe Islands chilling with his “langoustine man,” and he has some news: His acclaimed Copenhagen restaurant, Noma, which closed and is moving to a new location, won’t reopen until 2018. To tide you over, however, the restaurant’s team has unleashed a new teaser video. Redzepi says he’s traveling and following the journey he and Team Noma took back when the restaurant first opened. It’s also a very safe and isolated place from which to tell his fans that Noma 2.0 won’t open until 2018, but he says it’s for good reasons: “What if we fall into the same routine?
