Misunderstanding?

It’s not an overstatement to say that Westville is one of the most popular and beloved spots in the West Village: Not only is the 12-seat restaurant always packed, but there’s often a fleet of delivery workers swarming outside. Understandably, neighbors are concerned after Con Ed shut down the West 10th Street restaurant over a gas line that allegedly lacked a permit, plus a citation regarding sprinkler heads. According to Eater, owner Jay Strauss is denying any wrongdoing. Hopefully, this will get resolved soon — and safely.
