The Monte Carlo Resort and Casino is getting a major $450 million makeover, with two new hotel concepts: an outpost of the Sydell Group’s the NoMad Hotel, complete with Daniel Humm and Will Guidara’s NoMad restaurant, and the Park MGM, a 2,700-room luxury resort that will include a full-scale outpost of Mario Batali’s Eataly. Both will debut in 2018.

This will mark the third outpost of the NoMad’s restaurant and hotel, as one is set to open in downtown Los Angeles in the fall of 2017. Eataly, meanwhile, has locations in both Flatiron and Chicago, with another on its way at 4 World Trade Center.
