Chick-fil-A hasn’t disclosed what went into its bun yet, but the option costs an extra $1.15 and comes individually wrapped, meaning customers have to assemble the sandwich themselves. Obviously the ingredients still get prepared in kitchens that aren’t gluten-free, so it’s maybe not the same peace of mind Pizza Hut offers with its gluten-free prep areas. Still, Chick-fil-A is purportedly trying to reinvent itself these days as a more inclusive chain, and this could be considered pretty strong evidence.
