In the wake of Dana Cowin’s departure after more than two decades at the publication, Food & Wine has named a new editor-in-chief: Nilou Motamed, who previously worked as the editor-in-chief of Epicurious, the director of inspiration at Conrad Hotels and Resorts, and features director for Travel + Leisure.
