Another blockbluster project for Daniel Humm and Will Guidara: In addition to working on a splashy fine-dining restaurant on Park Avenue, the duo is opening an outpost of the NoMad hotel, complete with the restaurant, in Los Angeles in fall 2017.It’ll be housed in the Giannini Place complex at 7th and Olive streets, and Guidara tells Jonathan Gold that there will “definitely be a lot that is similar to the New York restaurant.” This is Humm and Guidara’s first project outside of New York, and Guidara cryptically says, “Once we begin spending more time in Los Angeles, you never know what could happen.” Humm, meanwhile, is super excited:
