Mindy Segal, the owner of Chicago’s Hot Chocolate, is leading the charge: She has partnered with Cresco Labs, the largest cannabis cultivator in Illinois, to create THC-enhanced chocolate brittle bars, granola, and a ready-made drinking chocolate mix. Technically, her sweets will only be available to medical-marijuana patients — but there’s definitely an opportunity to scale this business.
