While a particularly steamy week in New York left some weather-worn celebs flocking to the Hamptons (Jimmy Fallon dined at the Palm, Billy Joel took his wife to 1770 House, and Sir Paul McCartney made an appearance at both Philippe and La Fondita) a bunch of New York comics (Jim Gaffigan, Woody Allen, Amy Schumer) stayed in town to hit eateries Ribalta, Sette Mezzo, and Tavern on the Green.
