Threes Brewing — the 8,000-square-foot beer hall in Gowanus — has a rotating kitchen residency program, through which restaurants pop up for a few weeks at a time. The roster keeps getting better and better: Walker Stern and Joseph Ogrodnek, of Battersby and Dover fame, are cooking baby-back ribs and peach upside-down cake now through July 12; Roberta’s will serve pizza from July 12 to August 2; there will be DBGB burgers and sausages from August 2 to 16; and to round out the summer, a special Franny’s menu will run from August 17 to 30. All that — plus beer!
