Dassara Ramen is changing things up this summer: The Carroll Gardens restaurant has teamed up with Aqua Best seafood market to launch a pop-up called “AquaBoil.” Through Labor Day, the menu will include a mix of Japanese- and Creole-inspired dishes, like deep-fried clam belly with yuzu aïoli, shrimp mazemen, “jungle monkish” with fried noodles, and buttered Japanese milk bread. And to celebrate, the restaurant is hosting an Asian-style seafood boil and traditional pig roast tomorrow, from noon to 6 p.m. on its backyard patio. There’s live music (a $3 cover charge), $3 PBRs, and, $15 one-pound servings of crawfish and corn, and $12 plates of roast pig. There are worse ways to spend a Saturday.
