Chicago’s famed Alinea celebrated its tenth anniversary last night, and, as one might imagine, it involved some serious drinking. But there’s hope, apparently, in the form of this Bloody Mary that Grant Achatz tweeted a photo of today, which might just put this Japanese one — which Adam Platt deemed the “world’s best” — on notice.
