Following chef Homaro Cantu’s tragic death earlier this week, Moto will reopen to the public this weekend and hold a tribute dinner in Cantu’s honor. Executive chef Richie Farina will be joined by 10 to 20 Moto alumni, who will also cook meals to deliver to Cantu’s wife and two young children. The tribute dinner is scheduled for Saturday, and the fine-dining restaurant will return to its usual programming on Tuesday.
