Le District’s Beaubourg Brasserie Is the Newest Hot Spot for French Food

Almost the entirety of Le District, the 30,000-square-foot French-inspired marketplace and restaurant, is finally open at Brookfield Place. As the name suggests, the concept is divided into four districts: the Café District (pastries, crepes, coffee), the Market District (charcuterie, cheese, wine), the Garden District (fresh produce and to-go foods), and the Restaurant District — which includes Beaubourg Brasserie, a full-service, all-day French restaurant.

Chefs Fabrice Renaudin and Nicolas Abello are cooking up classic dishes like escargots in parsley butter, mackerel in escabeche, rotisserie chicken with truffled potatoes, and steak-frites. And you can look forward to L’Appart, a tasting counter in Le District that’s still yet to open, which will be led by celebrated chef Jordi Vallès. Take a look at what’s on the menu at Beaubourg:
