Williamsburg’s Umami Burger was supposed to open by the end of 2013, but owner Adam Fleischman has been a bit busy. This time, the announcement seems to be for real: On March 12, Brooklyn will get its first outpost of the Los Angeles-based chain — at 156 North 4th Street, at the corner of Bedford Avenue.
This location is massive: It’s a 3,000-square-foot space that seats 80 and, come summer, will have a patio. The menu will include all the classics, plus a few hush-hush new items. (Just hopefully not the Pumpkin Spice Latte Burger.)
