What, you don’t color-coordinate your Thanksgiving outfits?

Grub Street still hasn’t decided whether it’s worth the hassle of spatchcocking the bird this year, and we really should get started on the pies and the giblet gravy. In other words, it’s time to cut out and get a jump on the holiday. Provided everyone makes it out of Black Friday unscathed, things will resume here after the long weekend.
