The Grub Street Food Festival Happens This Sunday — You Will Definitely Want to Be There

It's at the Hester Street Fair this Sunday.
It’s at the Hester Street Fair this Sunday.

Just a reminder that the Grub Street Food Festival — our annual culinary bacchanal — will be happening this Sunday, October 5, at the Hester Street Fair. If you have been in years past then you know that this is an event you should not miss. Why? Well, how about the fact that it’s free to enter? And then there’s the fact that there will be 75 different vendors serving up pizza, lobster rolls, barbecue, doughnuts, superlative coffee, more pizza, and about a zillion different kinds of sandwiches. Oh, and did we also mention that there will be beer, in the form of the Bud Light Tailgate Zone serving Bud Light, Goose Island IPA, and Red Hook Pumpkin Porter (and showing the games, of course)? The whole thing starts at 11 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m., and, just trust us, you will want to be there.
