The East Village taqueria, beloved for its fresh-made corn tortillas and off-menu deep-fried Gorgon, tells Grub that a second location is in the works: Otto’s Tacos will open at 131 Seventh Ave. S., near W. 10th St., this fall. (Ideally, in November, if not sooner.) The menu, as well as the 16-seat size of the space, will be similar to the original location, but you can expect a few different off-menu specials. And hopefully more deep-fried tacos.
