
Think twice before you publicly shame a business: On Monday, a 19-year-old London-based Domino’s customer tweeted that he was upset that his pizza arrived with no toppings whatsoever. Domino’s dutifully accepted the blame and offered to help, but the customer soon realized that user error might be to blame.
It wasn’t long before the exchange went viral.
