Last week, in the former Nightingale 9 space, Kerry Diamond and Rob Newton opened Wilma Jean, a brand-new Southern restaurant that’s more casual than Seersucker. (And don’t worry about the fate of Nightingale 9: It’s moving to Seersucker’s larger space.) Wilma Jean’s super-affordable menu includes fried chicken, tater tots, and cornbread, but what you really need to order is the $5 fried-bologna sandwich. Take a look at a few of the dishes, straight ahead.
