This Endearingly Awful Video Teaches You Several Italian Food and Drink Related Gestures

So this guy arrived in Milan, presumably to work at the U.S. Consulate where some of the video was filmed, without speaking much of the language. He tried to order coffee, but failed, and when he tried to buy some water, all he got was a tall glass of Montepulciano. Luckily there was this helpful but somewhat stern-looking lady in the language classroom to show him how to say things like “I am hungry” and “drink some wine” using Italian hand gestures, and now, well, they’ve recorded a two-and-a-half-minute rap song about it all. The song is strangely catchy, the video is bad-yet-good, and there’s even a Nutella shout-out.
