
Williamsburg restaurant Sweet Chick, which specializes in fried chicken and waffles, has once again delayed its opening in the old Max Fish space, almost a month after its original May 7 opening date. A rep from the restaurant declined to discuss specifics, but said there are a few “certifications missing” in the kitchen. “At this point, there’s no new date set,” the rep told Grub, adding that team Sweet Chick is hopeful that the opening will happen this month.
