Though MasterCard holders got an early crack at it, tickets for October’s seventh annual Food Network New York City Wine & Food Fest officially go on sale at midnight on Monday morning. More than 100 events throughout the city, including a dinner hosted by Yotam Ottolenghi and a dessert party with Ample Hills Creamery, are in the works, and other spectacular-sounding things include a Dominique Ansel-helmed sugar “Wonderland,” a big Japanese and Thai dinner with the usual suspects, and Josh Ozersky’s Meatopia X. Net proceeds from the festival once again go toward Food Bank for New York City and Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign. [Official site]
