It’s in Philadelphia, too: His portfolio already includes the progressive Fung Tu, otherwise known as the home of those excellent, reinvented egg rolls, and now young restaurateur Wilson Tang says he plans to open a branch of his family’s Nom Wah Tea Parlor in the City of Brotherly Love. It’s still in its earliest stages, but Nom Wah Philly will eventually set up shop at 218 North 13th St., near the Pennsylvania Convention Center. This is certainly huge news for dim sum fans.
