Lou Ceruzzi, Matt Abramcyk, and Serge Becker’s stylish Nolita izakaya MaisonO, which opened with talented chef Tadashi Ono in the kitchen last July, has closed. The partners will reopen with a new format and menu. Over at the former Après, which closed last week in the East Village less than a month after opening, proprietor Jenny Moon is moving forward with a replacement tenant: Within a month, Papermag reports, it’ll reopen as the second location of Jackson Heights restaurant Unidentified Flying Chicken.
