
After yesterday’s planned piecemeal approach of making a handful of tables at the Spotted Pig available online at 8 a.m. sharp each day resulted in a rocky start and a prompt crash of the restaurant’s website, April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman have blocked out a significant number of dining-room seats for the next two weeks and put them all up online. The West Village restaurant is celebrating its tenth birthday this summer, so it has temporarily relaxed its bookings policy in order to accommodate dedicated customers.
