The cozy regional Italian restaurant on East 4th Street has been shuttered recently, but EV Grieve points out there’s no need for alarm and it’s just remodeling. “Without jeopardizing the comfortable ambiance our guests have come to appreciate,” the proprietors of Perbacco write, “we will be putting our wine cellar on display with a stunning glass wall-of-wines, and adding some lounge furniture.” It’s also adding a Coravin system so that it can begin offering all wines by the glass.
