Any chance you’re going to Paris this weekend? Us neither — not that we know of, anyhow — but food writer Alexander Lobrano has helpfully compiled a variety of the best places to eat on Sundays, when most establishments simply close up shop. There’s a brasserie straight out of a French New Wave film, a bistro called Le Richer that “could be a Parisian cousin to Manhattan’s Estela,” a one-star Michelin spot, and another that serves the best chicken liver terrine in town. More lardons and pommes aligot than you can shake a stick at, right here. [The Cut]
