Northern Spy Hosts Big Beef Dinner; Caviar’s Central Park Picnic

• A new Mexican restaurant, Horchata, will open its doors tomorrow at 470 Sixth Avenue. Menu items include seared tuna tacos and banana-leaf-grilled mahi mahi. [Grub Street]
