Today is your day, bagel fans: In a big feature story, the Times dining section lays out all of your old-is-new, neo-artisanal Jewish-food options around town (including Russ & Daughters Café and Black Seed Bagels). Along with that, there’s also a nice piece on the much-loved, much-discussed Ben’s Cream Cheese (used, of course, at Black Seed Bagels). And then there’s this GQ story, in which critic Alan Richman offers his thoughts on the top ten bagels in New York. Coming in at No. 2 is — you guessed it — Black Seed.
