Acme’s Mads Refslund at Contra; The Squeeze to Open in Bushwick

• On May 18, The Pines will team up with Greenhook Ginsmith for the restaurant’s second Meet the Producers dinner. The $80 prix-fixe menu includes gin-cured fluke and gin sorbet, as well as pairings. [Grub Street]
