Parisian Roast Chicken Restaurant Headed to Flatiron

The Post has it that an outpost of Le Coq Rico, a Paris-based roast-chicken restaurant, will open at 32 East 20th Street. The restaurant is helmed by chef Antoine Westermann, who once won three Michelin stars at Le Buerehiesel in Strasbourg (he left that restaurant in 2006). The menu at Le Coq Rico offers plenty of poultry, terrines, and the requisite pommes frites. Sounds like it has potential (although Parisian food expert Alexander Lobrano took note of the original location in 2012 and found the place to be overpriced and in need of some culinary refinement).
