The Yum Corporation quietly launched a new concept in Arlington, Texas: Super Chix, from “three food-obsessed friends who believed chicken could and should be better.” Don’t trust these friends, though; what they’re not telling you is that these “hand-breaded” chicken sandwiches and tenders, “hand-cut” fries, and “fresh” frozen custard all come from the same company that owns KFC.
