The food-delivery giant GrubHub has been valued at a walloping $1.7 billion in advance of its initial public offering, and over in England, a company called Just Eat yesterday raised $600 million on the London Stock Exchange. Just Eat already operates in 13 countries, so on the slim chance that the online food-delivery service is looking to cross the pond and merge with GrubHub, which already joined forces with Seamless, it leaves open the possibility that we may someday have a company named Just Eat GrubHub.
