The celebrity chef and noted mixologist promises plenty of cold beer, a “Bloody Mary brunch,” and a drinking area devoted to 20 kinds of chilled shots at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar, which opens this month at the Quad in Las Vegas. Fieri says the menu doesn’t take much at all from his restaurants Guy’s American Kitchen and Johnny Garlic’s, and in fact is “almost 100 percent original.” The tantalizing lineup includes “everything from a pulled pork taco to a slider to General Tso lollipop chicken wings,” and the target demographic, he says, is people who wake up around noon and think, “I want the basics.” [Total Rewards via Eater, Related]
