Rowen Seibel is the latest Gordon Ramsay partner to sue the chef, this time over alleged improprieties at the Fat Cow, Ramsay’s now-shuttered bistro-gastro-opus at the Grove in Los Angeles. In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Seibel claims the celebrity chef and restaurateur used a trademark issue as the pretext for cutting him out of the business. Ramsay and his partners, who’ve been sued by contractors and restaurant staff at the Fat Cow, deny these claims. [NYDN via Eater]
