As most celebrities removed their jackets this week for a belated New York spring, a few of them donned costumes: Mariska Hargitay dressed up as a princess for her daughter’s birthday at Sugar and Plumm, Matt Harvey had a Batman-themed birthday party at the Monarch Room, and Samuel L.
