Empellón Taqueria Continues Taco Tastings; Takashi’s ‘Cow Experience’

• On March 31, Empellón Taqueria will host another taco tasting with brand-new tacos, like crab cake with sea-urchin guacamole, grilled shrimp with charred grapefruit and pumpkin seed salsa, and bacon with sesame and salsa negra.
