Following the announcement of Sweetgreen’s soon-to-open Tribeca and Williamsburg outposts, the farm-to-table salad shop will launch its first-ever West Coast location in Los Angeles. The location at 8055 West 3rd Street (in the heart of West Hollywood) is scheduled to open in early 2015. The owners plan to make use of local organic produce from California for the store’s signature salads, of course.
