Though the incoming outpost of the Williamsburg chicken-and-waffles restaurant had previously been denied a full-liquor license by CB3 Manhattan, the owners of Sweet Chick said yesterday they had scored approval from the State Liquor Authority after their second review. Guess the Raekwon endorsement carries more weight than we previously thought — owners Sam Saleh and John Seymour say they may be open in the former Max Fish space as soon as the end of April.
