JFK’s Second Shake Shack; Lure Fishbar Pop-up at B&B Winepub

• On April 2, Marcus Samuelsson will team up with Aaron Sanchez and Jonathan Waxman for the Red Rooster’s Harlem Helps fund-raiser dinner. Tickets (here) are $175, and all proceeds go to help the victims of the recent East Harlem explosion on 116th Street. [Grub Street]

• All pasta dishes are $15 every Monday and Tuesday at Red Gravy in Brooklyn during dinner service. [Grub Street]

• Christopher Kustow (the Restaurant at Meadowood) and Stephen Torres (Imbibe and Inspire) will co-curate this September’s second annual Roots of American Food Conference in Chicago. Tickets for the event (on September 7 and 8) will be available starting May 2. Watch a trailer here . [Grub Street]

• A second Shake Shack location will open early this summer in Delta’s Terminal 4. Like its counterpart, it will most likely serve breakfast sandwiches in addition to the regular menu. [Eater NY]

• While Lure Fishbar is undergoing a complete renovation (just for a few days), the restaurant will pop up at B&B; Winepub starting today through March 27. There will be a special Lure-inspired lunch and dinner menu (in addition to the B&B; menu), with dishes like tempura shrimp and lobster ravioli. [Grub Street]

• From April 14 to 22, Toloache Thompson is offering a Passover menu that features Jewish twists on Mexican favorites, including dishes like braised-brisket tacos and a matzo-brie tres leches for dessert. [Grub Street]

DBGB Kitchen & Bar is now offering lunch delivery through Caviar. Customers can have all the Frenchie burgers they want delivered Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. through 3 p.m. [Grub Street]
