Italy’s biggest agricultural organization, Coldiretti, has put out a message to every country in the world: Quit it with the Mafia-themed products. “Don Corleone” after-dinner liqueurs and “Al Capone” pastas have helped created a “market of horrors” that “damage[s] the image of Italy abroad” and hurts the “many Italians” at home who are victims of organized crime. Guilty parties also include Chilli Mafia Nasty Naga Nuts (written, of course, in Godfather font) and The Mafia Cookbook. This New Jersey restaurant with gun lamps definitely fuels the fire, too.
