The James Beard Foundation has named chefs David Chang, Paul Kahan, Sherry Yard, and John Besh, as well as writers Barry Estabrook and Edward Behr, as this year’s inductees to its Who’s Who of Food & Beverage in America award. The honor singles out “renowned culinary professionals who have made a significant and unique contribution to the American food and beverage industry.” All six will be celebrated at the nonprofit’s annual ceremony on May 5.
