
Crain’s has released its usually prescient annual “40 Under Forty,” and four rising food-world luminaries landed spots among the rest of 2014’s honorees: Hard-working Cronut creator Dominique Ansel; Jason Wang, co-owner of the ever-expanding Xi’an Famous Foods mini-chain; Jessamyn Rodriguez, of the nonprofit bakery Hot Bread Kitchen; and Matt Salzberg, CEO of the DIY gourmet-meal delivery service Blue Apron.
