Here’s more on Campagna, the restaurant Michael White’s Altamarea Group is opening at Richard Gere and Russell Hernandez’s Bedford Post Inn in Westchester: White himself says to expect dishes like the Cassarecci al Nero served at Costata, but at generally lower price points than his Manhattan restaurants. He adds that executive chef PJ Calapa and newly recruited chef de cuisine Devin Bozkaya are writing a menu centered on “approachable” fresh pasta dishes geared toward diners who might want to have a casual weekday meal, not necessarily a blowout dining experience.
