Danny Meyer’s 12th annual homage to all things meat returns to Madison Square Park on June 7 and 8, and this year’s pitmasters include Dinosaur Bar-B-Que’s John Stage, Chris Lilly from Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q in Decatur, Alabama, and plenty other professional smokers from around the country. Admission is free (barbecue plates from each vendor cost $9), but if you’re serious about this, FastPasses cost $125, and a brand-new $265 BigPiggin’ Pass offers access to a VIP Hospitality area with an open bar and complimentary buffet.
