‘Bottomless’ or ‘Unlimited’ Alcohol Anything Is Never Good for Business

Unlimited Mimosas, never-ending Bellinis, eternal Bloody Marys, and other alcoholic delights offered at fixed prices by restaurants trying to bring in customers are in fact violations of State Liquor Authority law. While it may not be enforced, it’s never the best idea to chance it — consider the cautionary tale of Eddie Huang, who flew too close to the sun with his all-you-can-drink Four Loko bonanza a few years back and got his restaurant shut down after he said the deal was going to make his customers black out.
