Acclaimed pastry chef Shuna Lydon (formerly of Calliope and Peels) has a brand-new gig: She’s now part of Agatha Kulaga and Erin Patinkin’s executive team at Ovenly, the outstanding Greenpoint-based bakery beloved for its salted-chocolate-chip cookie. Lydon will oversee kitchen operations, develop new pastries, and help expand Ovenly’s wholesale business. Congrats!
